Insurance: Dr. Baum is not affiliated with any insurance plans. Fees for services are paid by the patient on the day of their visit. A Superbill is given to each patient to enable them to file with their insurance company for reimbursement. Dr. Baum is considered an out of network provider. Chelation Therapy is a alternative procedure that will not be covered by any insurance carrier. We use Quest & Tri-Core for serum labs which is in network for the great majority of insurance companies. All salivary testing at out of network labs and their coverage will depend on your policy. Dr. Baum has opted-out of the Medicare program as they do not cover any of his current services.
